Notes
Section Data Source: Induced
Course Load Matrix Report.
This section views FTES from two
perspectives:
1) the FTES that is earned by the college from all majors taking
courses in that college regardless of whether their major is in
that college or not; and,
2) the FTES that majors generate to their own colleges and for
other colleges.
This section indicates the
percentage distribution of FTES generated within each
department; by: 1) majors in the department; 2) majors in the
college; 3) majors outside the department's home college.
For example, as published in the 95/96 - 99/00 Statistical
Abstract, majors in Administration of Justice produce about 82.6%
of the department's FTES while 17.4% of its FTES comes from
majors outside the department - 1.6% within Applied Sciences and
Arts and 15.8% from all other colleges. Overall, 66.6% of
the FTES earned by Applied Sciences and Arts comes from its
majors and 33.4% from majors of other colleges.
