College and Department Profile
Utilize the drop down menus below to generate a report on a specific
domain of interest and it's associated date range. You may choose

Upon making your selection, you will be presented with the
report of your choice. If you desire to print the report,
a printer-friendly version is made available to you (Adobe
Acrobat Reader required).
You may desire to further analyze your report in
a computer spreadsheet by selecting and then copying the table
of interest from your browser and pasting the table into the
spreadsheet of your choice.
Notes:
The information in this section
was compiled in response to frequent inquiries by members of the
university community for a statistical profile of the colleges
and departments. Such inquires are typically searches for
comparative information, namely how one college or department compares with another. Other sections in the Statistical Abstract
provide additional information over a longitudinal period
and in greater detail.
The College and Department Profile
provides information for each college and department concerning:
Faculty: Both the
number of faculty appointed and the full-time equivalent faculty
positions (FTEF) used. Faculty members are counted once in
their primary assignment. The number and FTEF used include
all classifications of regular and temporary faculty.
Academic Administrators:
The full-time equivalent positions for deans, associate deans,
department chars, and teacher education coordinator positions (FTEA/C)
used.
Support Staff: The
full-time equivalent positions used for support staff (administrative,
technical and clerical).
Student Majors: The number
and corresponding percentages of majors for undergraduates and
graduates (graduate figures include students seeking a second
baccalaureate degree).
Full-Time Equivalent Students:
The FTES and percent of departmental FTES which is non-lecture.
Academic Programs:
The number of authorized academic programs. Included
are degree majors , minors, and concentrations by college and
department. Credential programs, double majors and degrees
used for admission only are not included.
Degrees Granted: The
number of degrees granted for August, December and May
graduation dates.
